Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Opt Relay (a product of Opt Asia), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not connect your Facebook Page or use our automation features.

2. Meta Platform Policy Compliance

Opt Relay integrates directly with Meta Graph API and Messenger Platform. All users must strictly comply with:

• Meta Developer Policies and Terms of Service.
• Facebook Community Standards and Messenger Platform Policies.
• Official restrictions on Private Replies (e.g. only responding to comments created within the past 7 days).

3. Prohibited Activities & Anti-Spam Rules

You agree NOT to use Opt Relay for:

• Sending unsolicited commercial spam, deceptive schemes, or bulk unsolicited messages.
• Distributing malicious software, phishing links, or defamatory content.
• Harassing users or violating individual privacy rights.
• Attempting to bypass monthly interaction quotas or security controls.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate suspension of your tenant workspace without refund.

4. Quotas, Subscriptions & Billing

Usage of Opt Relay is measured by monthly automated replies (DMs and public replies) associated with your selected tier (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise). Quotas reset on the 1st of each calendar month. When a monthly quota is exhausted, further automated replies will be paused until the next cycle or an upgrade.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Opt Relay is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime target, we are not liable for service interruptions caused by Meta Graph API downtime, Facebook API changes, or third-party network disruptions.
